A cartographic tribute to Sheffield’s hills, rivers and valleys. This black heavy cotton T-shirt carries the Sheffield Archive crest on the front left chest and a large engraved-style map composition across the back, tracing the waterways and neighbourhoods that shaped the city.
The artwork follows the Don, Loxley, Rivelin, Sheaf and Porter Brook through a landscape stretching from the western valleys and Peak District edge to the industrial east—an illustrated portrait of Sheffield as a city built around water, stone and steep ground.
Part of the Council Estate Tat Sheffield Archive: preserving the city’s landmarks, stories and shared memories in a bold, wearable form.
