SHIPPING POLICY

Council Estate Tat products are made to order and fulfilled on our behalf by our production and fulfilment partners.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING

As our products are produced specifically after an order is placed, please allow time for your order to be made before it is dispatched.

Most orders are fulfilled within approximately 2–5 business days. During busy periods, fulfilment may take longer.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

  1. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available.

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

Production and delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights regarding delivery under UK consumer law.

  1. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will have the opportunity to review the total cost of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, before payment.

  1. TRACKING

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

  1. DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Please do not contact our fulfilment partner directly. Council Estate Tat is your point of contact for your order.

  1. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, clear photographs showing the problem.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

  1. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery may be available to selected destinations.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges depending on the destination. Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.
