SHIPPING POLICY

Council Estate Tat products are made to order and fulfilled on our behalf by our production and fulfilment partners.

ORDER PROCESSING

Every item is produced specifically after your order is placed. Please allow up to 15 working days for production and dispatch. This processing period allows us to receive and verify your payment, check the order details and commission production.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Orders containing different products may be produced by different partners and may arrive in separate parcels.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery time begins after production and dispatch. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout where available and vary by destination and carrier. Production and delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by stock availability, quality-control reprints, busy periods or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we expect that your order cannot be delivered within the stated timeframe, we will contact you. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. You can review the total price, including applicable delivery charges, before payment.

TRACKING

Where tracking is available, it will be provided after dispatch. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help, but once production or dispatch has begun, we may not be able to change the address.

DELAYED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate. Please do not contact our fulfilment partner directly; Council Estate Tat is your point of contact.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs where possible. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International delivery may be available to selected destinations. Orders may be subject to local taxes, customs duties or import charges. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout.
